Finding a movement for Mod 1003

Good Morning All, I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a replacement movement for a model 1003. It originally came with a 1530 movement, which has rusted. So does anyone know of a source to obtain a replacement at a reasonable cost? I have seen whole watches for less than the movement, but the watch has a sentimental value more than anything else.
Thanks for any help....
