Regulation and Repair

I sent my watch off to RSC in New York through my AD back in October and received the watch back four weeks later in November. It needed to be regulated(15 to 20 seconds fast per day) and I needed repair on the crown stem as it was very difficult to screw back in. I'm now happy to say that they fixed the watch and it is now running less than a second slow per day...Yeah!!!

No I was not charged at all...sent it in through the AD and was fixed for free. But I will say it was still under the warranty given from it's last repair...
