It's going to be a long week...

Hello all. A few months ago, I got the idea to sell/flip my three nice watches to get a nicer Rolex for myself. The first sale took only days and went smoothly. Thanks TRF. The second sale was between here and Craigslist. That one finished in a face to face and also smoothly. My DJ has taken close to a month and a half. I got the PM Friday nightand spent the next hour on the phone. Not only was he interested in my watch, it turns out he is a second -hand dealer and had three of what I was looking to buy, a 14060 Submariner. He received the one I am buying yesterday and was taking it to the "doctor" for a check-up yesterday with minor TuneUp. I will be meeting up with him on Thursday for the exchange. Looks like I will be having an early Christmas.

The other thing I liked about this guy is that he seems very honest. I have spoken to many dealers as to locating the exact Sub I want. When I told him what I had to offer for his, he told me he couldn't accept that deal... he said that would be way too much. He offered me a very fair price for mine, even considering he is a dealer, and told me I would even have some money left over. I know the proof will be in the pudding, but things are looking good from my perspective.

This watch is also a full complete set with everything that should be included. F-serial too boot. I am on cloud nine. Like I said, it's going to be a long week...
