Hard Rock Cafe Resort in D.R

Thinking of going there this summer with my wife & 16yr old daughter & my brother & his family. Just wondering if anyone has been there & what if any are your thoughts. I hear it's all inclusive & the web site looks cool. Any member reviews would be appreciated. Thanks...

That's in Punta Cana right Chuck? I went to the sea resort down the beach from it a few years back... Oh man... now That was nice... It too was all inclusive, clean, I shopped aound town and felt safe (of course I speak Spanish, I am sure that helped) and the weather and beach were absolutely beautiful... Speaking of beautiful, there were a lot of Europeans there... I had a great time partying with them! Beautiful place really, no worries, no problems....

Come to think of it... Why did I come home?

I'm sure you've already read the tripadvisor reviews - some recent mixed results.

Just been to Dreams Palm Beach in Punta cana and loved it. That side of the resort suffers from seaweed washed up after the tropical storms. Tonnes, and I mean tonnes, of it washed up every day. Leaves a bit of a stink and theres always workers on the beach with tractors etc scooping it up. I also visited Macao beach for a surf session which was an awesome day out and only half hour away.
