Not too sure how much you can recover from the old bracelet?

As for new, you might have to settle for an Italian or Japan made replacement bracelet.

Not sure what the conversion rate is.. The Gold bracelets run about $14,000USD..

I doubt very much that you would see scrap value more than a few hundred.. Rolex will usually give you credit for the old bracelet towards a new one at purchase

A new Rolex gold bracelet will cost upwards of £9000,but not sure about the weight. But it will be considerably more expencive than say a 18Kt chain the same weight as a Rolex bracelet. And I would say that you would get a far better scrap value price for your old one almost anywhere than Rolex would give you in part exchange.

well, I wouldn't want anybody to be depressed when a scrap dealer actually gives them an offer and they're expecting thousands.....

Well with todays scrap gold prices in the UK 85grams 18Ct gold would give you almost £2000 return.

Please keep us posted I'd be interested to find out exactly how much one would cost and what they would give you for an old one.
