putting up for sale a nice 7016/0 tudor sub, serial range is 624XXX, dated 1/68
sale is for head only

Watch is all original with two exceptions: 1) crown has been replaced with a rolex svc crown. 2) dial is the original dial to this watch, but has been redialed.

Purch'd this watch in 2008, and sent it off to Shane Eade up in Toronto for a complete cleaning, svcing etc and the redial.

Pulled it out of the safe few weeks ago, and been wearing it around the house - keeping decent time for a 44 yr old watch, running about 20-30 + seconds a day.

Movement is a rolex 2461, basically a rebadged ETA 2483

Case does not appear to have ever been polished, judging by the bevel remaining on the lugs.

There are no issues with this watch, crown is smooth winding, and screws down nicely.

Caseback is marked "7528" - for whatever reason, the 7016s seem to either be blank as to model number marking in the caseback or marked "7528" - confirmation to that is on the VRF forum's tudor reference page.

Price $2495 OBRO, paypal is fine but add 3%, or Visa/Mastercard (i'm set up to accept cc direct thru my business, non-watch related business).
