5513 service dial

Hi guys,

for the 5513, the Rolex service dials, where they all with white gold index's?

The 1680 has service dials with painted luminova, that's what I would like to know, are the same kind of dials available for the vintage no-date subs?

Rolex will use the last current dial issued with the reference. (Of course with Luminova).

As the 5513 switched to a gloss dial with WG surrounds in the mid 80's, service dials will reflect that.

The 1680 (and others) were never issued with a WG dial (stainless versions-someone will just have to jump in) therefore service replacements are matt sans WGs.

Other that fall into that catagory are the 1675, 5512, 1665, and 1655 off the top of my head.

Thank you Mike!

On a totally different note, will a 5512 service dial fit a 5513?

Thanks Mike!

I love the old painted "maxi" dials. And because I'm a lume addict, it would be great to have a service dial for the 5512 installed...

Well anyway, this is a project, as I suspect Rolex won't do this!

Yeah, Rolex won't do it, but doesn't mean it can't be done.

Mine actually most likely was delivered with a gold index dial, but doesn't make me love the painted any less.
