Final Tudor Consideration-7928

Yes, this should be my last Tudor verification post. I located a real Tudor Sub from the 60's. After staring at Tudor dials/movements for a few months I now have enough confidence in my abilities to identify a real Tudor dial. The watch is in my possession for one week for a no commitment verification period. but I want to get the experts opinion on some smaller issues with this watch in terms of later resale value. The asking price i was given is 2k.

(a) The dial has a scratch just above the 6, the owner said it was done when a bad watchmaker did a service.
(b) the rotor is brass, the rest of the movement is steel.
(c) no bracelet
(d) hands definitely show age, small holes on hour and minute hands.
(d) missing the pearl on the bezel
