Help me to decide: HULK or new EXP II?
Hi friends,
I need your help to decide between the HULK and the new EXP II (black dial). I'll swap my GMT IIc with one of them because I really don't like the PCL of the 116710LN. I can't decide if buying the new EXP II now or the HULK this summer (I need to save some money to take the LV)... If you was me, what do you choose?

Hulk hands down! If you get the Exp 42 get the white face.

Hard choice. I love them both. would probably have to say the exp ii. I have fallen in love with this watch especially in the black dial version.

Explorer 2. The "Hulk" looks about as good as the movie.

Hulk is pretty limited IMHO. More of a novelty number and not as versatile as a black dial watch. That said, I am not a fan of the 42mm Expy II. Hands are funky. I would consider a 40mm version though.

Hysterical, and true! I was intrigued but the "Hulk" (watch) until I saw it in person. The bezel reminds me of avocado. The green on the first Sub LV is/was much nicer, IMHO. Still, if I got one under the Christmas tree I'd be thrilled. Anyway, go for the 42mm Explorer II with black dial. Just saw one in person for the first time. A stunning time piece.

If your only problem with the GMTIIC is the PCL...why not just brush out the bracelet?

On the other hand, if you are determined to get a new watch, then HULK!

I was in the same position as you. Got tired of the GMT IIc. Sold it to buy a new exp II before i saw it in person. When i did, it didn't sing to me. I thought it looked to much like a Sinn. Fortunately, my AD had an LV in stock and that was it.

Get the hulk. Much more interesting watch. The explorer 42 does not do anything for me. I also prefer the older model explorer for half the price.

if you want to stand out, then the hulk is for you. if you want something more subtle, then the expii is perfect.
