Hands on 16800 after service.

I recently got my 1982 sub back from diamond and watch traders in Dallas. I needed a new bezel and a movement service. When the watch returned I noticed that the hands were luminescent again and did not match the patina on the dial. The bezel pearl does match and I find that very very odd as it had fallen out completely (just a steel divot on the bezel). When I called to find out what happened no one seems to know because no work on the hands is listed on the invoice.

Here are my basic questions. Any chance my vintage hands are on eBay after being replaced with non genuine parts? Did they relume them by mistake?

Sorry for the iPhone pic it's the only camera I keep anymore. It just doesn't do macro justice.
