UPDATE:

About the author Philipp Stahl is together with his good friend Bernhard B. founder (http://100percent-rolex.blogspot.com/) of the Rolex Passion Meetings, informal get togethers at locations with matching historical backdrop, where egos are left at home and only the love and passion for Rolex counts. These meetings have slowly become the epicentre of vintage Rolex collectors, developing an increased in-depth knowledge of vintage Rolex and its heritage by sharing each others expertise and knowhow.

Amazing story Philipp

It's absolutely brilliant you had the enthusiasm and interest (not too mention the time) to travel to meet these people and help their fantastic stories be heard.

Incredible.......
