I'd buy that for a dollar.
The case lugs look to be polished quite a bit. You can see the springbar poking out of one side. Those lugs have definately gone on a diet. Also, you can see some wear on the inner portion of the lug tips. |

Plus in some pictures you can see the lugs are uneven too, some thinner than the others. The hands are face look a bit too white too, doesn't seem like the luminescence has aged, especially compared to the pearl on the bezel insert.

I'd pass based on over polish alone however I'd be pretty concerned that the pics are obscuring the Rolex logo and coronet. Anything to hide? Hmmm

Just the lugs knocks it out for me ....
Some things can be fixed on an old Sub but skinny lugs ain't one of them
( not without some serious engineering anyway). One of my old Subs has a single skinny lug (overpolished) and it bugs me each time I wear it. I say wait for a better one Robbyvm |

The lugs and bracelet clasp are definetly over polished.
I would suggest passing on this example. |
