Both look beautiful

But, apart from the obvious dial colour differences, I think a lot depends on your wrist size in terms of whether you prefer the new maxi size case and bolder looking hands.

A friend of mine is just about to get his first Rolex and has decided to go for either a Sub or GMT. But when he tried on the old size case compared to the new maxi case, I was surprised how much difference it made on his 8 inch wrist. The old version just seemed to look a bit too small and more delicate whereas the new one didn't for some strange reason...... even though there is very little difference in size overall. Just the impression on the wrist.......
