Icon5 Replacing aftermarket dial with factory dial

I just bought my first Rolex and got what I think is a great price. I'm now almost positive the dial is after-market, though. The jeweler said it was a real Rolex dial set with aftermarket diamonds, but after comparing it to other pics I've found on TRF, I now think the dial is aftermarket, too.

Is it possible to have the dial replaced with a real Rolex dial? If so, how do I do it? Thanks in advance!

Just send the watch to RSC, they'll require a dial replacement but you lose the old dial.

Does anyone know how to find out how much the replacement would cost? It's a white MOP dial with diamond markers. Thanks!

What kind of watch?

I would just send it to an independent watchmaker and swap it with a "New" Factory dial and sell the old one.

Post some pictures.

Welcome to TRF!!

Well, I only have one picture so far, because it's supposed to be a gift for my 40th birthday, which is not until July. I've really enjoyed researching and learning about Rolex on TRF. What a great resource for newbies like me!

Thanks for the responses! I'm waiting for my picture to be approved by the moderator (my first picture post), but do you know of any TRF contributors who provide the OEM dials?
