Is this Ref#. etched right or not?
The number 2 seems to be out of alignment, and that's impossible for the laser etching, right? This is supposed to be from a Milgauss GV.

Thanks for confirming. I'm kind of new at this, but I've researched enough over time and have become somewhat educated to be able to at least have some suspicions of a watch's authenticity. You guys seem to have caught this very quickly! What an awesome group!
And darn it! I wanted that. My gut told me, whoa boy! Yes, the seller seems to be very brash. I read his negatives, and he really doesn't care. Thanks for the link to that discussion. |

If it's a fleabay, better report it so some poor bugger doesn't buy it.
Oops, just read the linked post.... OK, it's reported! |

Yep, that reference number is wrong anyway - a Milgauss is a 116400...

I reported it again anyway. The more reports ebay gets, the sooner it gets taken off the auction list.
We do this with fake "original" C1-C3 Vette parts all the time, and ebay usually heeds the warnings. |

Fake. Real ones are stamped not laser etched. IMO?
