New Gunny and Zergun Straps for 233

Hello all,
I just acquired my Pam 233 a month ago from DavidSW, what I did not know was the fact that along with purchasing a Panerai, the constant hunt for new straps begins as well. I though I would hit the ground running and brought 4 straps, and now that they are here I'm on the hunt for more. This is the one watch brand that should come with a warning that " shopping for straps can be addicting.
In the first picture both straps are Gunny Straps.
The wrist shots are of the Zergun Strap.

Good looking straps. Only owning my watch for about 4 months now I went hard and fast on straps. I've pulled back quite a bit but there is one about to buy then I'm putting the brakes on for a while.

I see that I'm not alone when it come to being a newbie to panerai and wanting to buy plenty of straps. I guest I will take your lead and put the brakes on my spending as well after the next two straps.

Some guys have over 40 straps... for one watch. I got up to 19 and pulled back. Now I'm at a comfortable 7.

Well done on your choices.
The brown Gunny looks particularly well made.

Plenty more straps and watches out there, that's the problame ;-)

My wife complains about how much I pay for so little leather, she says that per sq inch of leather she gets a better price with her expensive purses.

I'm really pleased with both Gunny straps, I just need to find a more comfortable buckle now.

Thank you guys!

Thank you, after looking at hundreds of straps, it wasn't easy narrowing it down to just 4 straps.

Believe it or not, your post of your 233 helped me make up my mind to purchase one. Now the hunt for a Pam 339 or Pam 384 is on.

I read a lot of reviews on how nice the leather felt on some of the Gunny straps, so I had to try one out. With the Zergun I was sold on the stitch and buckle.

Thank you very much, even though we buy the watches and straps that appeal to us personally, I guess we all turn to our fellow forum members for conformation about the watches and straps we buy to let us know that we made a wise decision.

Thank you, I just switched from the Zergun strap back to the Gunny that seems to be the strap that everyone has taken a liken to.

Thank you! I wish they had a watch app that would let you match up any strap with your watch, like they have for cars, that way you can see how any combo looks before you buy the strap.

I see you have one in your stable as well. I'm gonna take a wild guest and say that you have already been down this path that I am walking on with the buying of straps.

Hi Timecollector. Indeed I have and it's a whole lotta fun. One thing though looking back is that I bought a handful of straps that I ended up not liking and not wearing at all. So choose wisely. Cheers.
