Recent Panerai vs. Rolex Swaps.. what is next?

Recently, I have been on a modern day Rolex binge.. swapping out of a few pams into some great Rolex pieces.

The beautiful 233K 8 day GMT went:

Swapped in a M serial SD and random serial 14060m:

Among these 2 beauts, I have decided the SD is the one for me because of the heft so the 14060M has to go.

The dressy Rad 380 went:

And swapped in a dressy Milgauss GV:

Beautiful tobacco dial with gold hand 390 went:

Now, the question is... what model do I add or swap into next?

These 2 brothers are anxiously awaiting the next member of the Rolex family to arrive!

Fred, we have know each other for years, I know your needs and you need a IWC.

We are a lot alike, we both have owned dozens of Rolex and Panerai models, time to find some new brands.

Just spend a little time on some IWC forums and you will see watches that make you drool on your keyboard.

Trevor! You are right on it buddy wow.. I was in Taiwan and spend a lot of time in the JLC and IWC boutique and you are right, there are some phenomenal models. I tried on this IWC Miramar top gun edition... simply beautiful. At the JLC boutique, the Deep Sea (Euro edition) also got me thinking.. You are right.. a little diversification is needed here!

Hope all is well with you and your beautiful family buddy!

Best,

Fred

I love the JLC Deep Sea, and I prefer the Euro edition of the other. Now your talking Fred, that would be a amazing edition.

Since you have enough watches, why don't you take that money and donate it to your local food bank?

Moderators,

Is this necessary? If we can't even discuss this great hobby of ours within the spirit of the forum and keep it fun, something is not right here. This type of sarcasm is highly unhealthy for a fun forum like TRF.

Respectfully,

Fred

Agree on the GMT, though I'm sad about both the 233 & 390, both high on my wish list

If you're sticking to the Rolex stable, I also would recommend a GMT.

If you're not, it's a great big horological world out there.....

Good luck and enjoy your pursuit.

Agreed. Tuck your head in cht. No further warnings will be given.
