GMT-Master - Real or no?
I was at a local jeweler in Boston and saw this GMT Master. He has the COSC cert and a service box with it. He let me photo the watch, but not the cert. What do you guys think... look legit? Sorry, I don't have better / other pics.

Looks fine to me as well. Did you see anything at the AD to make you suspicious?

Looks good. You mentioned 'service box', but do you know when it was last serviced?

No clue. If I go back I'll get more info. I'm not super-interested in the watch... I was just curious.

Looks okay to me as well, since it's in a store I believe you may have more chances of being somewhat covered should there be anything wrong with the watch.

Why do you ask? I would think that something is making you suspicious of the watch, yet you are not interested in it...interesting.

I'm new to the forum but have been studying it now for several weeks, and enjoying it thoroughly I might add. One thing I'm struck by is the seeming preponderance of fakes on the market. Not having been exposed to this aspect of Rolex ownership, I'm amazed at the number of threads devoted to authentication. Are the fakes really that good? I've never seen one in the flesh so I don't have a clue.

I would think the only way to know for sure is to see the movement. After all isn't that what really matters? Jmo.

Except the OP took the photo, not the seller.
