Had to have a permanent link removed from yet another Sub-type bracelet, this time my new 16613 Blue from DavidSW. As others have stated, I just walked in, took the elevator up and they did it while I waited. It only took about 15 minutes. They also lubricated the stem as it was dry. Got the nice polishing cloth and two green watch pouches. Very convenient! Makes up for the 6 weeks I usually wait while mailing one in.

They didn't offer me anything to drink. It's a huge waiting area, very nattily appointed, with a crystal bowl full of Lindt chocolates. Oh, and Star Trek like doors to the back room with the technician etc.
