Question on 116523 (Daytona)

There is a nice looking Daytona for sale on this forum here and I have a couple of questions for those more knowledgeable than me. Which would be nearly everyone

The seller represents this watch as being 10 years old. No mention of band stretch or pictures of same... should I be concerned? Also, the current model of this watch has a sapphire crystal, was that true 10 years ago?

And my last question may be a little tougher - why is it that stainless versions of the Daytona sell for more than two tone? At least it appears that way to me.

Band looks good to me, and yes, it has a sapphire crystal.
