Seems plausible that some parts could be made in China but suppose you'd have a hard time finding any evidence.

No Rolex watch parts have ever been made anywhere else except Switzerland and other parts of Europe and Americas since the RWC was founded.

It was mainly bracelet parts some were made S/America, USA, Mexico,and England but that was a long time ago.Then mainly to escape the high import taxes at that time on fully completed imported watches.
