Hi Guys,
I have a budget about $10k so I would like to spend it on one of these choice
I have a wrist size about 7" and half and quite a big body in my country.
Now I have only Subc LN in my collection and I would like to add one of these to my collection

Rolex Deepsea BNIB - I have tried this before and it's diameter is quite ok on my wrist but the thick is the problem, but I think when I wear it for a while it will be ok

Rolex Daytona Pre-owned - This one is always my grail, may be a little bit too small for me but still one want !

AP 15300 Pre-owned - This one is also my grail. I really like the shape of Royal Oak family and the brand position

PAM 372 BNIB - I have tried this before and it's perfectly sit on my wrist but I really have a problem with leather strap. Since I wear my pam112, when the strap is wet I will get some kind of itchy.

I own all of those except the PAM and would suggest the AP.

Hello,

I suggest you go for either the Daytona or AP. Since you already have a Rolex, I'd give the edge to the AP, for some variety. Either way you can't go wrong with those two. Excellent choices. So, I suggest you try them both on.

If you don't like leather for Panerai, they have rubber straps and steel bracelets. Look at PAM 328, it has a steel bracelet. OR, you can buy the bracelet separately from Panerai or 2nd hand elsewhere.

What is important to you?

Have owned (no 15300, but 15400) all of those but for different reasons. Your points are valid, but what are you looking for? Size, comfort, formal, sporty, etc...

AP or Daytona. I voted AP. Keep in mind that this is just my personal opinion and you really should make your mind up on your own...

I would suggest AP or Daytona. You mentioned drawbacks with the DSSD and the Pam. I don't think you would be as happy with them as you would with the AP or the Daytona.

Go for the Daytona my friend. What makes you think it's too small? A 40mm looks great on a 7.5" wrist! My dad has a 8.2" wrist and doesn't have a problem with his TT GMT-II. What color dial is the Daytona, that is your Grail?

I find the Deep Sea too thick, the Daytona sort of small and the PAM too big.

I never liked the Royal Oak until an AD convinced me to try one on. I don't have one (yet), but it is on my grail to get list with a Patek Calatrava.

Seeing as you want a larger watch, how about the new Rolex Explorer II (42 mm) ?

I would pick the AP out of the above. If you want to stick with a larger Rolex, I would recommend the new Explorer II or Datejust II. The Daytona wears small on the wrist, and the Deepsea is a little top heavy for my liking

I'm currently looking for a used but mint Submariner. What should I look for if I want to avoid buying a fake Rolex ? Should I go for a date or a non-date one ?
