6265 Big Red - Lume Plots
I have been on the hunt for a SS 6265 Big Red and have found one with 3 lume plots that have crumbled. How much does this hurt the value ? I have been looking for a year and all I have found seem to have sort of lume plot damage.
Seller wants $27K, your thoughts are appreciated. |

Value wise in $$ terms , yes it hits quite a bit a good few $k.. Much like chips of sub/sd dials .. ... And unfortunately I've found that the demand for ones with line plots missing is greatly reduced. I've known people try to take advantage of this and get a bargain , some can some end up being bugged by it and reading up down the road.

I agree with Ken and Jed! Plus, $27k sounds a few thousand to much IMO

Thanks
Second guessing myself now, means I would certainly question why I did not wait and be patient. You folks confirmed my feelings.
