Can someone help me identify this Rolex. I believe the serial number is 6294 but it is a little faded
how much do you think it is worth Can anyone give me a ball park value of this watch. It is a Rolex Oysterdate with the herringbone face. Thanks |

Looks like an early 5o's oysterdate, and if so, that is likely the reference number, not the serial number. If you have someone to do it, the reference # and quarter/year the case was stamped should be on the inside of the caseback.

Early 50's RF# 6694. According to my price guide, it would be $400 for fair condition, $900 for good and $1400 for mint.
