Dial misaligned. Look at the crown at 12 and the 6 marker compared to the bracelet.

It's a mock up Frankenstein watch, illegally resprayed dial showing the rolex logo, aftermarket diamonds, basically a terrible watch to invest your money, in, they often put a normal era movement in also, not even a real Tudor modified eta. I would pass on it,look past the urge to buy flashy diamonds and newly resprayed dial, the band is only gold plated which looks worn. You can get a steel Rolex for close to that money.
