I've had my pelagos for 10 days and couldn't be happier! I tried both (... & BB) on and they feel and look quite different... you got to try both before making a decision. I can't say enough about this one and would get it again in a heart beat. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

I've had my BB for close to 4 months now and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It has firmly established itself as my go-to daily wearer and definitely think I appreciate it more now than when I first bought it.
So if you ask me, the honeymoon definitely does not end! |

That Pelagos is sure tempting, but does seem to overlap with my Sub-C

I'm really loving the Pelagos. I might have to pick one up. I've been unsure of the BB since I first saw it and can say for sure it's not grown on me at all. I wouldn't be an owner because of the lack of a date but expected it to grow on me. I'm not a big vintage fan so I don't consider myself really the target customer. I know this really doesn't help the OP but just wanted to say I love the Pelagos.

I tried both on last week.. And was not a fan of the Pelagos to be honest.. Just felt strange on and didn't like the look of the bezel and dial.. However I am picking up my Black Bay tomorrow!! Yay!

Love the Black Bay... congrats!
Curious how this matches up with the dimensions of a Sub-C. |

went to swiss last week and picked up the black bay... the pelagos was there to but decided on the BB, so far it is lighter(than my dssd) but i love the contrast of the red bezel also took the deepsea close to it's limit at 3020M/10000ft

Well? I went in another direction! Tudor 79209 pre-Eldrick Woods with blue face and strap! the bb, while very nice, was too similar to my 14060M and with a dssd already, the pely didn't grab me at all. also liked the chrono feature here along with the very good price point.
either way, i got a tudor! here's a basic pic! thanks for all the feedback. |
