OCROLEXGUY was EXCELLENT to work with
I just want to say that Patrick is a great and easy guy to work with. I just met with him today face to face and the watch was in the exact condition he posted. He's extremely responsive (responding to my first email in under 15 mins). I brought my girlfriend along since the watch was for her and he answered every question thoughtfully and politely as she drilled into him.
Also, he removed the links and fit the watch exactly to her wrist. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and if you meet him face to face, then you're lucky. Thanks again Patrick! James Hwang |

Even better than before (UPDATE 1 day later)
So after about 7 hours of having the watch in hand, my girlfriend noticed there was a crack in the dial of the datejust watch that OCROLEXGUY sold me. This is something that neither myself or my girlfriend saw during the face to face transaction, but in certain angles and when the watch hands aren't covering it, you can see a crack between the center and the datejust title on the dial.
I emailed Patrick about this and he emailed me back 8 mins later and from there his impeccable service continued. I described the problem and mentioned the dial had a crack and he immediately took action. I asked him for a refund and without hesitation, he accepted. Within 3 hours, I met him again face to face and he gave me a full refund. Once I showed it to him, he saw it too and was apologetic and helpful. Patrick, thank you again. I look forward to working with you again in the future. You are a great asset to this forum. |
