Is this ebay seller legit?

Is samson328 an legit ebay seller? I found this when I was browsing ebay but I am too new to the Rolex world and it would be great if some of the experts on this forum can help me out.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Rare-Bezel-Rolex...QQcmdZViewItem

I also have some other questions.
For this kind of vintage rolex, is it hard to maintain? Do I need to send to Rolex for service or are there any reputable specialist that I can go to?
Is there anything that I should look out for?
Would the non-original dial and strap decrease the value of the watch significantly? Is it hard to find a buyer if I decide to get something else later on?
Thanks in advance.

Seller has good feedback, but the watch looks fake.
There is no watch ever made to my knowledge that has both "Rolex" and "Tudor" printed on the dial.
Sorry, steer clear of this one, and the seller.
In my opinion the watch that has such a fake dial is not worth looking at, at all.
Get a legitimate Rolex, it will protect your initial investment. Vintage Rolex can be well serviced by capable watchmakers, you don't need to take it to Rolex.
Rolex will not touch a watch with a fake dial, they might insist that you get a new dial. If the seller has changed the dial, how can you trust him in any way shape or form. He might have replaced the movement with a piece of junk for all you know.

The e-bay (e-scam) watch is not now or ever was a Rolex, it looks like it might have been a Tudor at some stage, but not now. Walk away from it (quickly). To the extent that the seller even mentions the word "Rolex" is misleading.

Hi Bimmer, the seller is legit with 2,000+ feedbacks, mostly for watches. To his credit he does provide full disclosure that the dial is aftermarket,as is the strap.

The watch, however, is another story. It's a Tudor, but has been modified. I've seen a trend of some sellers dressing up older watches with aftermarket dials to add some bling. In my opinion that has devalued the watch and should it ever go to a RSC it will be returned with the note "The dial is not of Rolex manufacture". They won't service it.
