Attach your pic
In the advanced "Reply to Thread" window, you can easily add pics 2 ways. Either attach it (this uploads it directly from your PC), or link to an image hosting site like Flickr.
Use the Paperclip icon to attach, and the Insert Image icon to link to a hosted image. Attachments have size limits based on filetype - links to a hosted image do not have limits. Arrows in the pic below show those icons. First pic is linked to Flickr... And this is what an attached pic looks like:
