Tried on a new Air King this weekend....

....and I really liked it. The AD was giving no deals on it so I passed. The blue dial looked REALLY good though.

The Rolex Air King is a great watch and the new design that came out in May, 2007, is a perfect balance of sport and elegance. It is a watch you can wear anywhere and it is not pretentious. It does not have a date, but really, is a date needed? The dark blue color is nice, but the silver dial is exceptional. Rolex does not often make dramatic changes in their watches on a regular basis, so the new Air King will probably remain the same style for many years.

I love the Air King. I bought the GMT Master II before I tried on the AK. While I love the GMT, the AK is just as nice, IMHO.

Cheers
