Audemars Piguet Bumblebee Strap

Hi guys! First of all pardon me for being a noob regarding this thread.

I have been looking for a yellow colored rubber strap for my bumblebee, and I have no luck in finding one.

Was told by Audemars piguet Singapore service centre that they do not carry yellow rubber straps for offshore.

Could anyone advise me on how to lay my hands on an aftermarket one? I would really love to have a small sized yellow rubber strap that fits onto my OEM deployment clasp. Guess it would look awesome with my bumblebee.

Check AP bands, here's a link to a yellow rubber strap. They also have a yellow croc strap and a few others.

I wouldn't risk using aftermarket bands you never know when they might brake off..

I was thinking about doing that, however, 1) I though maybe a lil too much yellow.. Cool for the beach and at the beach club for the day I guess? And 2) I'm not sure if the yellow matches well with the dial color.. Would clash having 2 different yellow's side by side :/

Thank you so much! Thanks for the info guys. Well i've heard alot of negative reviews about apbands.com and hence i am scared. Problem is i have rubber fever, and was hoping yellow rubber on my bee would kick some serious ass, but you guys also mentioned a few points that would hold me back. If strap breaks, my bee would break. And the tone of the yellow is important. <---- These scenarios didnt occur to me.

Well conclusion, is that i am willing to take the risk with aftermarket, but not with apbands.com.

Any other strap maker to recommend?

Btw thanks again for replying to me screaming out for help. Cheers!

I would go black OEM rubber strap either Diver or the one for deployment clasp.

I think AP bands is the only aftermarket company that has straps for the AP.

Mike! Gorgeous lugs!!!! Btw thank you so much guys for the info. You guys are really helpful! Guess I'll just resign to fate and stop looking for strap. Prolly I'll get steel lugs to change the look like what mike did.

Those steel lugs really do work for that watch. Especially w/ the solid color rubber band. Great look Mike.

And to the OP - please feel free to submit as many pictures of the 430 & BB as you'd like.
