TT Black Sub good price?

I was wondering what is a good price for a BNIB Two Tone Black sub date 116613LN from an AD? I'm visiting Taipei and have a few ADs near me.

I already visited an AD to try on the watches but haven't started negotiating as I was just only trying on the different pieces. I went in thinking about getting a SS Sub Date (with a price in mind) but just now I came out wanting the TT Black Sub. Since I didn't know what's a good price to aim for, I told them I have to think about it.

I believe it was posted in another post that the 2012 MSRP is $12,220 USD for a 116613LN. I recall a post regarding a dealer's invoice wholesale price, but can't seem to find it through the search function...anyone know the link to it?

Hoping to make a purchase this week (after many months of making an informed descision and researching on TRF)...thanks in advance for the help!
