 I do not know Patek watches but the seller feedback and othe watches for sale say's that it's REAL. |

I am not sure but I found some pics of a similar watch:
http://www.europeanwatch.com/14017.htm#_self the clasp is different. Not sure which of the two is the real deal though. Both are 32mm but the one on ebay is listed as a men's and the other as a lady's |
