Trio of Tudors
Went to a local AD today and had the pleasure to check out and try on the Pelagos for the first time.
So clean, crisp, strong, light and authentic. A real winner. THC and BB were nice to see, too. A fine range of watches. |

Great trio but the chrono should have the grey dial.
The Pelagos is too black and white IMHO so the only chance I get one is a winning number in you know what.

I too really like the no nonsense high contrast military look of the Pelagos. If I didn't have a watch that fit that bill in my collection I would be all over the Palagos.

Would love to put all three in my collection. I guess the saying is true that patience is a virtue. I try to stay away from my AD because I fall in love so quickly with everything I see.
Gorgeous watches

guys! thanks for the kind words. fun to share and a great distraction, especially when i'm feeling so far today from the thanksgiving vibe in the states.
jocke - the thing about the pelagos is, even though it is starkly black and white, there are so many fine details that if "you know what" happens for you, i'm sure you'll have a great time taking pix of it. sam - the advisor!! i was so focused on the pelagos and then the THC and BB, i didn't even notice it. i guess i'll have to go back (poor me) and take a closer look. so much tudor goodness these days. tony - being close is good (had an hour to kill, so walked 15 minutes from my place to check things out) and bad (the watches are SO CLOSE). panos - yeah, i like the grey a bit better, too, but, let's not get greedy. eric - that's awesome. good for you! i'm sure you're going to love the BB. great presence and the colors and details mix so well together. i'm not sure whether i would want the strap or bracelet, but, either way, a solid piece. heath - looks like you have the tudor bug!! looking forward to your incomings. |

The Pelagos is beautiful and at the price cannot be faulted.
