Proper date setting time during the day?
Sorry if this is wrong thread or asked before....
Is there an ideal time to set your date? It keeps turning over at wrong time. Thanks |

Set it to the day before and then wind the time through, keeping track of 12 am and 12 pm until you get it correct.

The hour hand rotates around twice for each date change. Change the time going forward until you see the date change. This will be midnight. Then move forward to the proper time. Remember that if it is PM, you have to go around past 12:00 again. Then change the date.

You can set the date at any time on a quick-set movement.
