Which European country has the best NETT Rolex price for American tourist ?

Hi everybody. I'm a newbie to this board, but not to Rolex!

I'm going to be in Europe, specifically in Paris, Frankfurt, Portugal and Amsterdam and need to buy a White gold watch for my wife (81319) and a 2 tone for myself (sub 116613) and being that it's a considerable amount of money wondering if;

1> where is the cheapest prices in Europe ? I already have the American and Swiss price lists, but missing the Euro. Does anyone hear have it here ????

2> Being an American tourist and counting on the tax refund to make it cheaper, where is the best VAT refund rate between these countries ?.

3> does anyone have a general European comparison chart, or a Euro price list ?

4> Being that it's a considerable amount of money, i can also travel for a day trip if prices are good.

10 years ago I got very good nett prices in Paris - even cheaper than in Switzerland ????
