It's not free, but I recently started using the "WatchTracker" app and find it very useful for tracking the accuracy of my watch.

Watchville is a new app that came out about a month ago. It has news feeds for a handful of popular watch websites, and -- the thing I use it for -- a tab for setting accurate time (or tracking the accuracy of your timepiece, if you like.)

It's beautifully designed, simple and free on the App Store.
