45K buys???

I am thinking about picking up a Platinum Day Date 2 with Ice Blue Dial with roman numerals and concentric circles.

My current collection is as follows:
- PP Nautilus Chrono
- AP 40th Anniversary RO "JUMBO"
- Rolex YG GMT IIc
- AP RG ROO Rubberclad
- Rolex Sea Dweller
- AP ROO "Panda"
- Omega Seamaster Professional
- IWC SS Regulateur
- Rolex TT Date just

Three questions:

(1) If you were me would you sell the Panda to partially fund this acquisition?
(2) If not the Panda, any other you would sell to fund the acquisition?
(3) If you had 45k budget, what other watches would you consider given my existing collection?
