15400 Bracelet Size Q
Seem too loose? AD reluctant to resize smaller. This photo probably highlights the slack a little bit - probably get 35mm slide up and down the wrist. Thoughts? |

Definately too loose.
Why would your AD be hesitant in resizing it? Looks like 2 links need to be taken out.....or start with 1 and see how it is. |

Way too loose IMO! Don't know why it'd be a problem to take out a couple of links... that's what they're for. Perhaps he's concerned about botching the job.
It's not hard - if you have the right screwdriver and good nerves, do it yourself!

Defiantly too loose. One link needs to come out. I would get the appropriate screwdriver and do it myself.
I took out one link from each size and it fits my 7.5 inch wrist fine. Pinky loose. Regards. |

Spend the $30 on a HIGH quality (Bergeon) screwdriver and do it yourself. Don't rush. It's not rocket science.

agree with others... need to take out 2 links at least. I resized my 15400 myself and it worked out great!

x2. I was afraid to do the same on my 15202. Bought a set of these screwdrivers, took my time, and didn't scratch it. Don't use a crappy screwdriver.

Why wouldn't they do it???
At least three links need to be removed. I removed two from my 15300 and it was never that loose to begin with. Do it yourself with patience and care. Use a torch lighter to warm up the screws if they're too tight. That will loosen up the loctite so you don't strip the heads. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Watches are the new currency!

This why I can't do it myself ha ha. They were saying that they only have one staff member competent in working on APs. (They weren't in) Looks pretty straight forward to me though. |

Ya, would be pretty tough to do it yourself I guess.
At least it's not your left arm. |

Maybe it will fit over the cast?
Sorry about your arm. Looks painful.

I believe Rolex bracelet uses 1.6mm screw head size, but AP RO is smaller for sure.
Is the correct size for the AP RO bracelet 1.4mm? Regards. |

One word when messing with AP bracelet screws:
LOCTITE Don't forget to use it or you just lose it... |
