I do hope that you get to see them play! I saw them way back when a couple of times until now. I was at the stage, the show rocked!

Thank you, and you are right, I did not have many free nights lol, as my gf and I are concert junkies lol. We just got tickets to the following upcoming Seattle shows: Fleetwood Mac with Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham, DRI, Nashville P___y, and Rev Horton Heat and this gig's opener's: Jello Biafra(backed by Rev HH's band), Guttermouth, and The Spittin' Cobras.

Below are the shows I saw in 2011

Reverend Horton Heat x2, Brian Setzer’s Rockabilly, Prince, Guns’n’Roses, Peter Murphy w/ She Wants Revenge, VNV Nation, Hanzel und Gretyl, Portishead, Erasure, Avenged Sevenfold, Three Days Grace, Seether and Bullet For My Valentine, OMD w/ Washington, Devo, Psychedelic Furs, Tom Tom Club, B-52s, Human League, Daryl Hall and John Oates, NoMeansNo, Deerhunter, Butthole Surfers, The Kills,The Presidents of the United States of America, STRFKR, Mavis Staples, Korn, Queensryche, Five Finger Death Punch, Chevelle, Hinder, Weezer, Slayer w/ Rob Zombie, Lenny Kravitz & U2, Combichrist & Rammstein, System of a Down, Psychedelic Furs, Charlie Sheen, Three Days Grace w/ My Darkest Days, Paul Simon....

...and the beat goes on

I just realized how old I am.
I know about 10% of those bands. Maybe even less.
Enjoy.

Wow. That's a long list with some very cool bands, some I had no idea were still around.

I think my only concerts last year were U2, Neil Young, and Diesel Fitter (the last being my bother-in-law's cover band). Oh, and also the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.

Great groups on that list. Some of my old favorites (Primus) and new ones (Skrillex). Can't believe you saw that many. Awesome!

Didn't expect to see Billy Idol and Bush!

I made it to one concert.........James Taylor! A little "mature", I know, , but, he gave a nice "New England feel" to Paris that night.

Just missed the Neil Young show here... already had too much on the plate and decided to skip it. Righ on about your brother-in-law's band.

Nice!!!

Love to see Clapton, have not seen him.... just played a Clapton unplugged song a couple of days ago, Before You Accuse Me.

So, I relocated from my hometown in TX back to Seattle in 90 and I had all ready worked some in the music industry... I used to hang with the guys in AIC and party with them along with the other bands in the scene at the local bars... hard to believe peeps I used to hang with passing away like they have.

I feel fine!

The Billy Idol show was a one off, 2 years in the making and then he played another one off in OR before going back to CA. He had his band in from everywhere, NY and London.

Billy and Slash are still bringing it!!! Below is a couple of links to read about the show in the making and some pictures. Bush jammed! If I had
enough time I'd post a vid of Billy.
