Which AD in San Francisco

Im flying over next week and one of the nice tasks I will have there will consist of me receiving a seadweller that will need its bracelet sized to fit my wrist.

Which AD should I visit and how much should I expect to pay for this (if anything)..?

thanks

No need to go to an AD.

Go to any reputable watch dealer its very easy to size a band

Buy from a trusted dealer, have the watch delivered to your hotel, and have it sized by the SF RSC or take a screwdriver with you.

im flying over with only a small backpack which i will take into the plane with me, so i cant take a watch screwdriver, as that would get throne out of my back before boarding..

i wont be staying in a hotel but in an appartement booked thru airbnb, so no luck there either..

and as for a reputable watchmaker.. i dont know any in SF, but am willing to hear about some!

Mike just suggested the RSC . They are at 210 post street near Union Square. Nice folks.

The Sea Dweller comes with the watch link tool. Very easy to size perfectly.

The Sea Dweller that you are buying comes with a complete kit? If so, it also has a screwdriver kit for bracelet sizing. If no screwdriver kit is avail, go to the Rolex RSC and let them size the watch for you.

No incompetent ADs, no drama.

Thanks guys for the input! its a complete package, so I might try shortening the bracelet with the screwdriver it comes with, Iam just a bit worried not to mess the screws up.. its my first Rolex.. :)

do you use some scotch tape over the screws to prevent the screwdriver from slipping and scratching the bracelet? or some other useful tips?

if its not going smoothly I will stop and try jdwatchworks or RSC as suggested.
