Unfortunately no pics here but I am seriously considering adding a JLC reverso to my collection. Today i stopped by my AD and tried it on. I also tried on the JLC Reverso 976. I think I like the larger size of the 976. But i have flat wrist and i am used to the SS Sub C. The finish on the JLC watches is outstanding.

Mike "Kilyung" has one in SS I believe. I have been thinking about the SS one myself. Great piece - feels fantastic on the wrist.

That's right. I've seen him post a few pictures. I think the rose gold version is absolutely stunning. I was hoping to see some pictures on the wrist.

Go for the RG 976. I liked my SS but got bored rather fast.

I highly recommend the ultra thin Reversos. I went with the TTR because a) I wanted something more discrete than gold, b) great strap, c) minimalist dial. However they're all very nice!

Thank you for sharing, Mike. I completely agree; the classiest Reversos are those with the simplest of dials. The new Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Duoface Bleu is gorgeous, as well. I just adore the Rose Gold Tribute to 1931 for it's vintage-inspired face and hand-drawn indices.

Yup, all the Ultra-Thins are incredible -- there's one for everyone!

Adam

PS - Word to the wise: the US Edition has been discontinued. So, if you've got your eye on one, get it now since there aren't going to be any more.

Appreciate the comment. A few more I have of the Rouge. Before it arrived I had 2nd thoughts, wondering if the color would be too bold, but I love it and glad I went for it. JLC better stop this tribute thing or I am gonna be in big trouble (or at least my pocketbook will). . . . . .

Oh, gosh, what a classic. Wear it in good health, my friend. You, sir, have made me just a tad jealous.

Talk about a coincidence, I had just read about this very watch tonight and thought it was a very special timepiece! Many congratulations...Mr. Wayne!

Thanks. I am trying to find out from JLC on how many were produced. The LA boutique told me 10. 6 were kept by WB and 4 by JLC. It was not for sale commercially.

Well then I suppose you are one lucky man!

I've always loved Reverso's, a classic smaller size model is definitely on my grails list.

As others have stated before, this forum is a bad influence!

I am seriously considering acquiring the Jaeger LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Duoface Bleu. Alternatively, I am considering the Grande Reverso Rouge but the red dial may not fit in well in my work environment.

Wow! I'm speechless.....that is fantastic. Of course, I've only read about those. Is it the same dimensions as the Ultra Thin reverso tribute to 1931?

Thanks guys. It is exactly the same as a normal 1931 except for the bat shield and the inscription of WB/DC comic on the watch. Got it through a charity auction event.
