Daytona 6263 vs. 6265
Hi guys,
Just wondering about visual appearance of the 6263 vs. 6265 - which one wears bigger? It seems like the black bezel 6263 version looks bigger, or am I wrong? Found an old ad for comparo: http://www.network54.com/Forum/20759...265+18K+please |

Which wears bigger? Neither as they are the same size--both 37mm. Cheers,

I know that the watches are the same size, but the different colors of the bezels give them different "size impressions". E.g. the steeel bezel makes the 6265 look smaller.... |

A black bezel will always appear larger than stainless steel, imho.

They both come with black bezels as well and I guess it might give them both visual appearance of being larger vs the SS bezel option.

I know people deciding for 6265 as they claim the bakelite bezel makes it look smaller. Personally I just got my 6263 and I think it wears pretty much like a 5513 or 1675 eventhough it's clearly 3mm smaller. As Ken says they are the same so my suggestion would be going after the one you think look better. Both are superb choices.

I had a 6263 and a 1675 at the same time worn both daily.
They always felt the same to me. 1675 on an oyster 6263 on a jubilee hope that helps. Wish I still had them. |
