Allen Edmonds Cedar Shoe Trees
Just won a bay bid for 6 pair for about 15 bucks a pair. Anyone else use shoe trees. Clearly, I have more than I need, but a buddy said he'd take two off my hands. Gotta love the Bay!!!

Good deal.
Frankly, I have a pair of shoe trees for every pair of good shoes I own. Yes, shoes trees are part of the investment one should make whenever you buy a good pair of shoes. Typically the best deal for shoe trees are the three for one tree deals when they occur at Joseph A Banks (same as Allen Edmonds shoe trees) or the $11 trees at Nordstrom Rack. The Nordstrom Rack shoe trees are a bit rough compared to the shoe trees that they sell at Joseph A Banks, Allen Edmonds, or Nordstroms. Either way I think they all from the same manufacturer.

Sounds like a good deal. I use them in all my good shoes too. Allen Edmunds makes good ones, but my favorites are from Nordstrom's.

Yep.
J&M's when they're on sale for 3 for the price of 1.

You got a good deal. I'm sure some guys can spend $300-$600 for a par of shoes and throw them wet into the corner of the closet to crack and curl up like elf shoes, but I'm not one of them. I even have rubber overshoes. That's why I'm still able to wear my Church's after 20 years.

Slightly off topic, but if you have ever had Allen Edmond shoes refurbished you will know it's an amazing customer service experience. They send you a "before" picture of the shoes on arrival at the factory, a video of refurbishment process, and a picture of your shoes "refurbished"prior to shipping back to you. Amazing service. Just sayin'.

Yeah I just buy the Nordstrom trees with shoes at the same time. Plus they have amazing customer service; I got some kind of dark stain on my pair of Wilburs and took them to Nordstrom for advice on the best way to remove the stain. Without question, the sales associate offered to do an exchange on the spot. My initial reaction was "you're kidding right?" but he was dead serious and exchanged them for a brand new pair and a few weeks later bought a pair of the Fifth Ave shoes.

I like Rochester brand travel type shoe trees...cedar in front, where you need it, ball of foot, toe area sweats more than heel, the back loop/handle is plastic & doesn't mar heels as bad....and they're well priced
I sell high end men's shoes for a living & only use Rochester for my zapatos. (my doctorate, I have a phd in shoeology.)
