Hey DSSD owners: how easy is it to see the serial number on the chapter ring (r

I'm looking at a preowned DSSD at a very reputable jeweler but not an AD. I'm hyper sensitive to the watchout section thread about the DSSD fakes. This one looks legit and has an older MK1 dial. For some reason it was super hard for me to make out the serial number when I was looking at it.

It's much harder than other models but it's just about visible if you tilt the watch at the right angle and look in bright light.

Wow. Ok. Thanks. I was looking at every angle and couldn't make it out. How does that dial look compared to yours?

domed crystal requires an angled glance at 6 but it looks like a nice mk1. if its an M series its certainly a 2008 but V series also started late 2008 - through 2009 with the mk1 dial. not sure when we started to see the mk2 two surface.

Thanks. I need to look at this thing in the store again and maybe check out another at my AD first. Thanks for the response.
