Confused About Day-Date Dial Swap Options

As far as I know, only two roman dial choices appear in the Rolex dial catalog for a 36 mm YG Day-Date 118238, white roman or champagne roman. But, the SwissLuxury.com web site advertises unused 118238s with mother-of-pearl roman dials. So here’s the question. If I were to send a two or three-year old 118238 with a champagne roman dial to RSC for a change to another roman dial, would the white roman dial be the only choice or would a mother-of-pearl roman dial be another option? Or, put another way, what roman dial options would RSC offer for a two or three-year old 118238?
