Has anyone heard of or done business with...
http://www.demesy.com/mensrolexlink.htm
I've been looking at a couple of their vintage GMTS...their prices are reasonable compared to the prices of some vintage watch dealers here in Los Angeles......I really like GMT #16753 for $3100.......any input would be appreciated.....thanks. |

I've checked their website and they have tons of watches. I also wondered about their reputation and checked watchnet's good guys section. There were a couple of positive references. I've never personally dealt with them though.

I've been tracking them for a couple of years. They're 100% legit, offer good products, but are a bit on the spendy side. I'd have no problem buying from them if they had the watch I wanted at a price we could agree on.

I've never purchase from them, but I know people who do. They're legit.

How?
How can they be legit if they sell new Rolexes on the internet? Rolex AD can only sell in brick and mortar stores at full retail price. If one buys a watch from them will Rolex service it?

A bit more about their founder: Joe DeMesy has acted as a price consultant to both dealers and major auction houses alike, and is a founding member of the International Watch & Jewelry Guild, an associate member of Sothebys.com, a member of the Jewelers Board of Trade, and a lifetime member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors.
