Question on new watch
I just bought this watch and noticed when I got home that there is a gap and a lot of play between the last end link and the watch case, only on one side. You can actually move the end link in and out and can see through the gap. I have other watches with similar design and all the connections between the end link and the watch case is solid and secure, no play. The AD said that he can't see anything wrong with the band and suggested such play is normal. I disagree. How hard do you think I should push for a replacement. It was quite an expensive watch. I attached a picture to show you where the issue is but you can't see the gap in this shot. Thanks.

Take it back. It's a beauty, so that'll be a shame, but you'll never be happy with it. There are other great watches out there - and they aren't flawed.
(BTW, what'd you expect? It's not a Rolex....) |

Definitely take it back and demand satisfaction. That's a beautiful watch - and you should get what you paid for. Good luck and keep us posted.
