Rolex Submariner Prices, Help Needed.
Hi All,
small dilemma which I am hoping this forum can assist me with. I'll be traveling to Singapore, Dubai, NY & San Francisco in the coming months and eager to purchase a Submariner. I have had contact with Dubai Dutyfree and they sell the Sub for $8100 USD. I am wondering if I can better this price at the malls in Dubai, Changi Airport or the AD in the USA? any guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks, LR380. |

Hulk or non-hulk? For Hulk, price is ok. for non-hulk the price can be beaten easily. but..... as the next 20 replies will also say, check the TRF forums, even if you dont want to buy from here, that is the "true" market value.

I'm quite partial to the green one because I believe it to be the color of life and my favorite color, that said, Dubai Duty Free was quoting the black dial.

and the next question is how much room do I have to negotiate from $8100 USD? The reason I ask is because I would prefer paying cash so as to negate CC conversion charges.
I quite like the hulk and I'm very partial to green, that said, the Dubai DF quote was for black. Last edited by longreach380; 17 April 2013 at 05:13 PM.. Reason: add info. |

I recently purchased a brand new SubC black face from DavidSW who is a trusted seller on these forums and is highly thought of. His price was better than what you are currently seeing in Dubai. I would suggest contacting him and he can overnite the watch to you while you are in SF or NY

Singapore AD prices are higher than in the US and Europe bit and usually no room for negotiation for sporty Rolex.
The cheapest countries to buy Rolex are Italy, France, Austria and Germany considering VAT refund for foreigners |

the cheapest rolex in Dubai would be from the DF and not at the malls.
Sg may offer you better prices since you can get VAT refund. |

Might have to allow time for an intl wire transfer...but you may be able to time everything so your watch is waiting at your hotel. How cool. Good luck! |

Yes I agree. Get your funds together and then contact David to see if he can deliver the watch while you are in the USA

I could recommend jizeal in the NY area. I bought two subs from him without any issues. Very competitive pricing as well.

He does do face to face, jizeal is his username. You can give him a PM. I had two great experiences with him getting two subs 5 weeks apart and the last one being just last week.
