First Rolex

Hello all,

I'm looking to purchase my first Rolex pretty soon, and I've settled on an all-SS DJII, with a black dial with stick markers. One of the local ADs here said he would sell it to me for $6600 (retail price is $7150). Should I try to get a better deal, or do you think that's good enough to jump on?

You should always try to get a better deal. I can bet that one of the top sellers here on the forum can get you a better price than what you have been quoted at the AD. Good luck and post pics

Not a stellar deal price IMHO. Look here on TRF and you'll find some trusted sellers doing better methinks.

Gotta agree with the above if you're looking for a good deal.

What would you consider a good deal on this watch from an AD?
